- Be enrolled at WVU
- Meet all requirements and regulations with respect to fraternity rushing and pledging perscribed by WVU
- Express their firm intention of completing a course of study in commerce, economics, business, business administration, journalism, or their equivalent and of receiving a degree in same
- Possess a grade average of not less than that required for graduation by WVU
- Have paid any required pledge fees in full
- Be invited to join the fraternity and approved for pledging by the members of Beta Rho Chapter
